At Demonia Cult, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative footwear; if your items don't fit your aesthetic or size requirements, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the original packaging remains undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
